Please let us know how many Adults and/or Children and/or Pets in your party.  We accept personal checks, e-checks and major credit cards.  For credit cards and e-checks we will send an invoice via our Square  secure account for paying on line.

Our rate is $175.00 per night or $1,100.00 for a full week.  There is a 5% county room tax, and we do require a non-refundable, 25% deposit to confirm your reservation. We require payment in full at least 15 days before arrival. When final payment is made we will send you an email with all the information you need to get here, get the keys and settle in.

Let us know if you are active military for a 10% discount.

 

Please be aware that some dates should be booked well in advance.  Cornell and Ithaca College events such as graduation, move in, Parent's Weekend and Homecoming are generally booked at least a year in advance. Major races at Watkins Glen should be booked as early as possible, too.
